Financial Record

Broadberry Data Systems growth has been conservatively planned based on consistency. This has held the company in good stead and seen it celebrate over 20 years in the business.

Products and Marketing

The company’s initial success was founded on its ability to source a range of reliable, competitively-priced products through its knowledge and contacts. Broadberry Data Systems quickly acquired a reputation for selecting and supplying products which offered high performance and dependability,
at prices attractive to the highly discriminating customer base it serves.

Broadberry Data Systems continued growth will be built on further developing relationships with established vendors and customers, and continuing to add to a portfolio of leading-edge products such as storage solutions and blade servers, utilizing existing, dependable technologies as well as taking advantage of the latest technological innovations.

Broadberry Data Systems has been working directly with top manufacturers since 1989. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with recognized product manufacturers such as: Intel, AMD, Microsoft and more. With strong channel relationships we have access to better support programs, product information, and allocated products for our customers.

Key personnel

Broadberry Data Systems is actively managed by the company’s founders who have continuous experience of the business PC market extending back to the early eighties. Their technical and commercial experience embraces the sale and support of networked and standalone PCs, Unix workstations and rackmount servers in the corporate and small medium business marketplace.

Infrastructure

In addition to administrative staff, the company employs dedicated sales and technical personnel. Technical support is an important element of the company’s customer service, ensuring rapid resolution of the complex compatibility issues which can arise when building a system. The company also carries out extensive testing and evaluation of new products prior to their selection and introduction to the range. Other services include custom system building, configuration to order and on-site warranty service.

Customer Satisfaction

At Broadberry Data Systems customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We believe customer satisfaction starts from the initial consultation with one of our highly trained and knowledgeable sales engineers through the complete sales and support cycle including system configuration, shipping and post sales service and support.

In July 2009, Dun & Bradstreet carried out a past performance evaluation of Broadberry Data Systems and our overall satisfaction result was 96 from a possible 100, the evaluation including talking with many existing customers and evaluated areas such as reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery timelines, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support and responsiveness. 96 from a possible score of 100, now that’s pretty good, but we are not resting on our laurels, we are continually evaluating and implementing new systems and processes to improve the Broadberry customer satisfaction experience.
